You’re a couple blocks from TRAX for easy access around SLC (including quick rides to City Creek and downtown). Great home base for work trips, conventions, and mountain days. Parking: Optional first-come indoor garage parking is $20/night.

New mixed-use building in the Granary District—one of SLC’s most exciting neighborhoods with great restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Gym + in-building co-working space included (2nd floor).

No parties or events. Pets welcome—please keep them off furniture and out of beds. Quiet hours are respected. We’re responsive if you need anything during your stay.

The Granary/Central 9th area is a favorite for coffee, breweries, restaurants, and local shops—Blue Copper Coffee is close by. TRAX nearby makes it a great spot for business trips and easy access around the valley, with convenient drives to the Cottonwood Canyons and Park City.

Digital 24/7 access via code—no keys required. Optional first-come indoor garage parking is $20/night (details in arrival instructions).

Find us

Uber and Lyft Are widely available in SLC. Driving or renting a car is also a great option (we do offer a garage that is heated and cooled with parking spaces for $10 a night). The Apartment is also very close proximity to a TRAX (light rail) stop and we do recommend the system.
