Colby is a wonderful host! Always kind, courteous, responsive, and helpful. All of his properties are clean, private, and safe! I will recommend anyone coming to Salt Lake to book with Lake City Flats if you want a peaceful experience and a great host who cares about his guests!

We booked 2 nights for a mini stay cation and to celebrate my 60th birthday. Everything exceeded our expectations! The apartment is pristine, beautifully decorated, great art, fully stocked with nice things and a wonderful comfy bed. Fantastic location near a local park and Bodega that we loved. We also couldn't believe how quiet it was for being in the city. Highly recommended and we will return. Go Detroit!

Such a delightful, clean and well equipped studio. I didn’t have a car for this trip and managed to get around just fine with the tram and bus stops near by.

Genuinely a well-kept property. Everything was clean and sanitary, genuinely a big fan of the comfortable bed too!! Great home to rest in for a trip to Detroit. could not find trash/recycling

All was great. But two suggestions to make future guests even happier. 1. 4 or 5 Coat hooks at ground level in wall near front entrance door. 2. Supply a salad spinner. A few things you are probably aware of but I will mention. The sliding glass door frame has issues. The floor in top floor bathroom really creaks excessively.

Very comfortable, well equipped unit with garage. Convenient access for skiing with lots of restaurants nearby. Great communication with host. Had a problem with the dishwasher and someone came that day to repair it. Would definitely stay again.

Great accommodations in SLC. Really comfortable beds & pillows! Fully equipped kitchen. Close to downtown, right in the Maven District and close to 9th and 9th area. Excellent communication. Will definitely be back in the future!! Thank you.

VERY comfortable beds! We had 8 people in 2 Townhomes and every person loved their bed! Super clean and close to everything! We loved that it had a garage too! We would stay here again.
